Abstract

The Journal of Sustainable Development Indicators - JSDI is established as a premier international platform dedicated to addressing the most critical societal challenge of our era: achieving the sustainable development of energy, water, and environmental systems. Recognizing that the transition to a knowledge-based economy requires rigorous quantification, the journal provides a comprehensive framework for assessing sustainability through a diverse array of standardized, conventional, and innovative matrices. By prioritizing research that explicitly demonstrates the extent to which results address the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals or other vital issues impacting the well-being of global communities, JSDI bridges the gap between theoretical modelling and actionable policy learning.
